        Dalian Ganchang Foods was founded in 2001 as a frozen food and retort-packed food manufactory. We are in constant pursuit of tastiness. We take full responsibility for the quality of our products. Using our own unique technology, whether frozen or retort-packed, we can keep the egg whites soft.We are constantly doing research and development to meet the various needs of customers.

      Gaochang Foods introduced the HACCP system from 2001. Unlike a conventional quality control system where final products are inspected, inspection takes place at all processes from acceptance of raw materials to shipment of final products. This system has enabled us to enhance safety in processing of eggs at the place where contamination with bacteria was the greatest concern.
